You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the d33bmw platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

Termination by d33bmw

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• Determination that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is terminated for cause, d33bmw reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
